Terms of Use
Last updated: October 24, 2026
By signing in to Unfollowed you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What Unfollowed does
Unfollowed shows the GitHub accounts you follow that do not follow you back, and lets you unfollow them one at a time or all at once.
Your account
You sign in with your own GitHub account. You are responsible for the actions taken with it, including every unfollow you request.
Permissions
To work, the app asks GitHub for permission to read your profile and email and to manage who you follow. It never posts, edits repositories or changes anything else.
Unfollowing is up to you
Unfollowing is performed on GitHub and Unfollowed cannot undo it. Review the list before using Unfollow all.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to abuse GitHub, to bypass its rate limits or to harm others. GitHub may limit or suspend accounts that violate its own terms.
No warranty
The service is provided as is, without guarantees of availability or accuracy. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from its use.
Changes
These terms may change over time. The date at the top shows the latest update; continuing to use the service means you accept the new version.
Not affiliated with GitHub
Unfollowed is an independent project. GitHub is a trademark of GitHub, Inc., which does not endorse this service.
